What we collect

To create a report we ask for your child's first name, the pronoun to use, their date, time and place of birth, and your email address.

How we use it

We use these details only to create your report and email it to you. We use the birthplace to look up its map position and time zone.

What we keep

We don't keep your child's details or the report on our own system after it's sent. Your order details, including the details you entered, are held by our payment provider, Stripe, as part of your payment record.

Who else handles it

Stripe (payments), Geoapify (place search), Anthropic (writing the report text), Resend (sending the email) and Render (hosting). Each handles the data only to provide its service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your order details, by replying to your report email.
